great condition. recently jailbroken so you can acccess hundred of free apps and stuff. on 3 network updated on newest 5.1.1 apple software. phone is in good condition with light scuffing on the back and a little ding on the top corner. but they dont effect the phone at all. i will throw in a protective plastic case and that hides all trace of the little damage. only comes with case and usb lead as i lost the plug. 160 ovno possible swaps for why
